Jeremie Frimpong foi expulso em Portugal no meio da semana, mas deve manter seu lugar no onze inicial – especialmente com ele não disponível para o jogo de volta na quarta-feira – enquanto Mitchel Bakker, Sardar Azmoun e Kerem Demirbay podem entrar no time com Alonso provavelmente a favor jogadores mais tecnicamente bem sucedidos.
