​O Campeonato Paranaense 2023 terá transmissão no streaming na FutebolParanaense.tv que contará com todos os jogos do torneio ao vivo. No Pay-per-view, o estadual também estará disponível pela NSports, que contará com venda de partidas avulsas.

A Federação Paranaense de Futebol também negocia com a TV Assembléia para a transmissão de uma partida por rodada na TV aberta.

Por outro lado, houve uma mudança também de última hora. A mudança no contrato implica na liberação do streaming para os times mandantes que assinarem o adendo. No entanto, caso algum clube não tenha condição de realizar a transmissão, é possível um acordo para que o visitante faça a exibição pela internet.
