Campinas, SP, 17 (AFI) – O Campeonato Brasileiro da Série B chega nesta quinta-feira a sua 24.ª rodada. Rodada que começa nesta quinta-feira, dia 17 de agosto, e termina no domingo, dia 20. Neste dia, o Novorizontino, que está firme entre os quatro primeiros colocados e caminha firme para voltar à Série A, joga contra a frágil Chapecoense, enquanto a Ponte Preta, de Campinas, que está em décimo terceiro lugar, e não mostra nenhuma virtude para chegar entre os quatro clubes subirão para a Série A, em 2024, encara o Ceará, em Fortaleza.
Aliás, o futebol paulista não faz bonito no Brasileirão da Série B, deste ano. O melhor time paulista, depois do Novorizontino, que é o terceiro colocado na classificação geral, é o Guarani, de Campinas, que está em sétimo lugar, mas faz campanha tão irregular, que não dá para apontá-lo como um dos clubes que certamente vai subir de divisão no final deste ano.
O Mirassol, está um ponto abaixo do Bugre campineiro e também não demonstra ter forças para ascender à Série A ainda neste ano. Pior ainda estão o Botafogo, de Ribeirão Preto, que é o décimo primeiro colocado, e Ponte Preta e o Ituano, que ocupam, respectivamente, a décima terceira e décima quarta colocação (aliás, estes dois, também estarão ameaçados pelo descenso caso não melhorem um pouco de produção nas próximas rodadas do campeonato.
Mas já que falamos em clubes ameaçados pelo descenso, vamos destacar Tombense, Londrina, Chapecoense e ABC, que ocupam, pela ordem, o décimo sétimo, décimo oitavo, décimo nono e vigésimo lugares na tabela de classificação da Série B, como os mais prováveis rebaixados para a Série C, neste ano. Um pouquinho acima deles, estão Avaí e Sampaio Corrêa e Ituano, que também precisam reagir forte, ou acabarão sendo rebaixados para a série C, ainda neste ano.

Numa análise fria sobre as possibilidades dos vinte clubes que estarão em ação, apontaria como favoritos nesta rodada Vila Nova, Vitória, Sport Recife, Criciúma, CRB, Juventude e Novorizontino. Nas outras partidas há muito equilíbrio e tudo pode acontecer. Esta será, como disse, a 24.ª rodada da Série B do Campeonato Brasileiro. Assim que ela acabar no domingo, vão faltar apenas quatorze rodadas para esta competição chegar ao fim. No final do mês de Novembro.
