Com ataque em alta, Bahia precisa melhorar a defesa para sair da zona de rebaixamento do Brasileirão

Salvador, BA , 05 (AFI) – Na zona de rebaixamento do Campeonato Brasileiro, o Bahia vive momentos opostos nos setores ofensivo e defensivo neste segundo turno. Enquanto o ataque figura na segunda posição entre as 20 equipes da Série A, a defesa mostra desequilíbrio e é a quarta pior do torneio neste recorte. A fragilidade lá atrás ajuda a entender a derrocada do Tricolor nos últimos jogos e a queda para a 18ª posição.

O clube baiano tem o segundo ataque mais positivo do returno, com dois jogos em que marcou quatro gols, mesmo com um time alternativo e uma mudança de técnico, o time baiano marcou 10 tentos no returno.

Esse equilíbrio de gols também fica evidente na divisão da artilharia tricolor na Série A, já que Everaldo, Biel, Thaciano e Ademir dividem o posto de goleador, com três gols cada.

Por outro lado o clube continua levando muitos gols. É a terceira pior defesa do segundo turno, empatado com o Cuiabá com oito gols sofridos.

Com nove gols sofridos neste segundo turno de Campeonato Brasileiro, o Tricolor baiano tem a quarta pior defesa, atrás apenas de Coritiba, Fluminense e Santos. Não à toa, a equipe é a 5ª pior no quesito defensivo levando em conta todo o campeonato.

Na classificação do returno, o Bahia ocupa a 12ª posição, com sete pontos em seis duelos (39% de aproveitamento). O cenário, porém, é pior na tabela de classificação geral, já que o Tricolor é o 18º, com 25 pontos.

Neste sábado, a equipe tentará achar um equilíbrio entre defesa e ataque em confronto direto contra o Goiás, na Serrinha, marcado para as 16h.
