Campinas, SP, 02 (AFI) – Sem vencer há nove jogos, a Ponte Preta tem uma ‘verdadeira decisão’ contra o rebaixamento neste sábado (04), afinal irá enfrentar o Avaí, concorrente direto nessa briga, em casa, no estádio Moisés Lucarelli, em Campinas, às 17h. Faltando apenas partidas para o final da Série B do Campeonato Brasileiro, o goleiro Caíque França pediu atenção da equipe no segundo tempo dos duelos.
Segundo o camisa 1, que vem sendo um dos poucos destaques nesta campanha da Série B e um dos únicos que vêm sendo poupados das críticas da torcida, a Ponte Preta tem caído demais de desempenho na etapa final das partidas. Ele pediu atenção nisso agora contra o Avaí e também em todos os outros jogos desta reta final.
“A gente fez um bom primeiro tempo contra o Novorizontino. Acabamos nos perdendo no segundo, talvez, por concentração. Então a gente tem que se apegar nisso no jogo contra o Avaí. Agora é ter tranquilidade nesse último terço e de jogar a responsabilidade para o adversário. Estamos nos precipitando um pouco e não conseguimos concluir as jogadas como gostaríamos. Acho que é mais a parte mental e a parte de ter um pouco mais de calma”, disse o goleiro.
Atualmente, a Ponte Preta aparece na 16ª colocação com 35 pontos, um na frente do Tombense, que tem 34 e é o primeiro time que abre a zona de rebaixamento. Precisando demais da reabilitação, a diretoria alvinegra preparou uma promoção de ingressos para encarar o Avaí, com preço único dos bilhetes para arquibancada por R$ 10. Caíque falou da importância da torcida neste momento.
“Sábado a gente precisa dos torcedores. Eles são o nosso 12º jogador, e eu sei que a torcida da Ponte sempre apoia até o final. Protesta quando tem que protestar, faz parte, mas a gente precisa muito do apoio de vocês, e eu conto muito com a presença do torcedor no sábado”, completou o camisa 1.
