São Paulo, SP, 14 – O narrador e apresentador Galvão Bueno se tornou uma figura onipresente do esporte brasileiro. As principais conquistas nacionais dos últimos 40 anos chegaram aos espectadores pela sua voz. Apesar de ter feito poucas narrações desde que deixou a Globo no fim de 2022, o locutor não foge das telas, vai trabalhar na Olimpíada de Paris e diz ter como foco os Jogos de 2028, em Los Angeles, por um motivo especial.
“Estou preocupado com a próxima Olimpíada, em Los Angeles. Quero voltar ao mesmo estádio em que fiz minha primeira cobertura (olímpica, no local), em 1984. Aí já vai dar para pensar em parar”, afirmou o narrador em entrevista à Folha de S.Paulo. Mas, para Galvão “parar” não é sinônimo de aposentadoria. “Me aposentar? Jamais. Só no dia em que o homem (Deus) me chamar.”
GALVÃO ESPECIAL
Em Paris, Galvão participará da transmissão da cerimônia de abertura dos Jogos ao lado de Luís Roberto e de um programa diário comandado por Tadeu Schmidt. Em breve, deve estrear um reality show para escolher um novo narrador para a Globo.
Atualmente, o narrador se mostra bastante ativo nas redes sociais, com postagens ao lado da mulher, Desirée Soares, fazendo muitas viagens e comentários acerca do mundo do esporte. Ele também tem o Canal do GB, no YouTube, onde fez algumas narrações – de corridas da Stock Car e de um amistoso da seleção brasileira – e publica entrevistas.
Em sua longa jornada à frente dos microfones da emissora mais importante do País, Galvão destaca dois momentos vividos em 1994. O narrador qualifica como “drama” ter narrado a morte do amigo Ayrton Senna, em Ímola. Meses depois, um “grande momento”, o fim da seca de títulos mundiais da seleção brasileira, o tetracampeonato nos EUA, ao lado de Pelé.
“Deus me deu a bênção e me deu de presentes os grandes momentos do esporte brasileiro nos últimos 50 anos. Alguns, difíceis. A morte do Senna, realmente, foi o maior drama. Mas o grande momento foi o tetra. Sempre fui um vendedor de emoções, um místico. Sou duro, sempre fui. Sempre fui crítico. Mas se eu fosse citar erros, não ia caber numa página de jornal”, disse o narrador.
Sobre o surgimento de vozes femininas para a narração esportiva, Galvão pontuou que se trata de um movimento natural dado que as mulheres foram por muito tempo “segregadas do esporte”. “Para mim, é uma questão de competência, de capacidade. Direitos absolutamente iguais. Não deve existir cotas (para elas).”
GALVÃO SOBRE ACUSADOS E DORIVAL
Galvão também falou sobre os casos de Daniel Alves e Robinho, condenados por estupro na Espanha (quatro anos e meio de prisão) e Itália (nove anos de prisão), respectivamente. “Crime imperdoável”, destacou. Ambos negam as acusações.
O narrador analisou como positiva a chegada de Dorival Júnior ao comando do futebol masculino do Brasil, mas não escondeu suas críticas à Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF) por ter mantido por um ano a equipe com técnicos interinos (Ramon Menezes e Fernando Diniz). “Foi uma gigantesca falta de respeito à história da seleção brasileira.”
