Brasília, DF, 20 (AFI) – Horas após anunciar o atacante Deizinho, o Capital voltou ao mercado da bola e adquiriu também o volante Maycon Lucas, bicampeão por dois anos consecutivos da Série D do Brasileirão. Os dois atletas atuaram juntos neste ano no elenco do Ferroviário (CE), que venceu a competição de forma invicta e ainda garantiu o acesso para a Terceira Divisão nacional.
“Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, com essa invencibilidade, ainda mais num campeonato tão competitivo como o Brasileiro da Série D, que tem 64 times. É um feito inesquecível. Agradeço a Deus por presentear a nossa equipe com essa vitória”, destacou o volante.
Em 2022, Maycon Lucas, de 28 anos, participou da campanha do título do América-RN. “Fico muito feliz com essas duas conquistas, foi um presente de Deus. A experiência no América foi maravilhosa, e logo no ano seguinte estou vivendo isso de novo. É um momento especial na minha carreira e, com certeza, vai ficar marcado na história. Agradeço a Deus por me conceder esse momento tão especial”, comemorou.
Na atual temporada, chegou ao Ferrão na segunda fase e logo ganhou a vaga de titular. Ele veio do Veranópolis, onde disputava a divisão de acesso do Campeonato Gaúcho. Revelado no Mogi Mirim, passou por clubes do interior de São Paulo, Brusque (SC), Treze (PB), Patrocinense (MG) e Santa Cruz (PE), entre outros.
Em relação ao técnico Paulinho Kobayashi, que o acompanhou no Ferroviário e volta ao encontrar na próxima temporada do Candangão, uma vez que o treinador está confirmado no Capital; Maycon o definiu como “pai”. “Ele sempre pregava que tudo era possível. No dia a dia sempre deixava os atletas bem, foi como um pai pra gente”, contou.
