Recife, PE, 29 (AFI) – O Santa Cruz ganhou mais um capítulo negativo para a crise nos bastidores. Nesta segunda-feira (28), em reunião do Conselho Deliberativo, as contas de 2022 foram apreciadas e reprovadas – por unanimidade – entre os presentes, já as de 2023 sequer entraram para discussão, mesmo em pauta.
SEM VOTOS CONTRÁRIOS
O presidente Antônio Luiz Neto, agora ameaçado no cargo, observou o debate pelo lado externo do auditório. O conselho fiscal do Santa Cruz e a comissão de finanças deram parecer favorável à reprovação do balanço, tendo o discurso também sustentado por Marino Abreu, que preside o CD.
Em votação aberta no órgão colegiado, ninguém aprovou as contas apresentadas pelo executivo; três conselheiros se abstiveram. Com a reprovação, pois as contas “estavam pela receita”, há grande possibilidade de mudar o mandatário antes mesmo do período previsto para realização das eleições.
ESTATUTO PREVÊ SAÍDA
Conforme o artigo 41 do estatuto do Mais Querido, o chefe do executivo não apenas teria de deixar a função, como ainda ficar inelegível pelos próximos 10 anos. Assim, ALN seria punido no Santa Cruz por descumprir um dos pontos citados.
“Afastar preventivamente os dirigentes e demais membros dos Poderes, com a aprovação de, no mínimo, 1/3 dos Conselheiros com direito a voto, assegurado processo regular e a ampla defesa, nos casos de inelegibilidade, posterior à sua eleição, de gestão fraudulenta, irregular e/ou temerária conforme previsto na legislação federal, com destaque a legislação eleitoral e desportiva; de prática de atos ilícitos e/ ou contrário ao estatuto social; e em especial nos casos de: ter as contas reprovadas pelo Conselho Deliberativo”, assegura o documento.
