Pablo renova com o Athletico até o final de 2025

Curitiba, PR, 14 – O Athletico-PR anunciou, nesta quinta-feira, que o atacante Pablo assinou novo contratos e vai ficar no clube até o final de 2025. Com o novo compromisso, o atleta, de 31 anos, vai completar 11 temporadas pelo clube paranaense.

“Muita felicidade e gratidão por este momento”, disse Pablo. “O Athletico é o clube que eu amo, o lugar onde cresci. Todos os objetivos do clube sempre estiveram presentes na minha mente e no meu coração. Vi o presidente Petraglia fazer o Athletico crescer em grande magnitude, tornando o clube um dos maiores do continente. Então quero continuar a fazer sempre o meu melhor também, para o clube seguir progredindo sempre.”

Pablo é um dos capitães do time. Do elenco atual, é o segundo jogador com mais partidas pelo time rubro-negro. Em 268 jogos pelo Athletico, marcou 64 gols. Venceu 126 partidas e empatou 69.

Seus gols ajudaram o Athletico-Pr a ganhar dois Estaduais (2016 e 2023), a Copa sul-americana (2018), além de participar duas vezes da Copa Libertadores, com o vice-campeonato no torneio continental, em 2022.

“O Athletico é a grande referência nacional quando se fala em clube que prioriza o crescimento, que prioriza um projeto. Amo o clube e estou muito feliz de estar aqui neste ano em que o Athletico vai completar o centésimo ano de vida. Faremos de tudo para ter um ano lindo e de muitas alegrias ao nosso torcedor”, afirmou Pablo.
