Criciúma SC , 15 (AFI) – Zagueiro de 33 anos tem passagens por vários clubes do Brasil, além de experiência na Bulgária e Ucrânia. Em 2023 atuou pelo Santo André (SP), CSA (AL) e Avaí (SC), seu último clube. Ele chega para defender o São Bernardo no Paulistão 2024.

“Chego motivado por ter a chance de novamente atuar no Paulistão. O São Bernardo tem um projeto muito sério, além de estar vindo de boas campanhas nos últimos anos. Isso pesou bastante para a minha escolha”, declarou.

Com passagens por equipes tradicionais do futebol como Internacional (RS), Goiás (GO), Botafogo (RJ), Juventude (RS) entre outros, Forster chega também para agregar experiência ao Tigre.

“Eu vejo que em todo momento podemos aprender. Tive a oportunidade de passar por várias equipes e posso ajudar com a experiência, mas penso que também vou aprender bastante com os companheiros”, afirmou.

O novo zagueiro já treina com o elenco e destaca a importância da pré-temporada para o melhor entrosamento tanto dentro de campo quanto fora de campo.

“Esse tempo que temos de treinamentos intensos em dois períodos é muito importante. Além de conhecer melhor a forma de jogar da equipe, também podemos trocar ideias fora de campo que com certeza fazem a diferença para o desempenho da equipe na competição”, analisou.

O novo reforço também falou sobre o nível técnico do Paulistão, mas mostrou confiança no desempenho do São Bernardo no estadual. Em 2022 e 2023 a equipe chegou às quartas-de-final.

“O Paulistão é o estadual mais importante e mais difícil do Brasil. São várias equipes de Série A de Brasileiro, Libertadores, Sul-Americana no mesmo campeonato. O São Bernardo tem feito boas campanhas nos últimos anos e é nisso que vamos pensar para buscar como objetivo”, finalizou.
