O técnico se surpreendeu com a fácil adaptação do jogador no time. Beraldo deve encarar o Lille e busca uma vaga entre os titulares na partida de ida da Liga dos Campeões, na qual a missão é vencer e fazer saldo de gols para ter mais tranquilidade na volta.

“Lucas chegou em janeiro, durante uma janela de transferências que costumava ser difícil. A sua adaptação é incrível, é quase uma surpresa a rapidez como se adaptou”, afirmou Luis Enrique. “Ele pode jogar tanto no centro (zagueiro) quanto na faixa da esquerda (lateral). O importante é que ele jogue nas duas posições para ganhar confiança. Ele atua em um nível muito alto e realmente é um bom reforço para esta janela de transferências. Luis Campos realmente fez um trabalho muito bom ao contratar este jogador.”

O brasileiro revelou que vem recebendo muitas dicas dos companheiros. “Vitinha, Danilo, Ramos e Marquinhos me deram conselhos. O fato de falar espanhol significa que posso falar com Luis Enrique. Ele me dá conselhos sobre o meu jogo, acho que serviu para me adaptar rapidamente”, frisou.
